so, this shouldn't be too surprising... but yokohama has a ramen museum. ridiculous, i know. went to check it out the other day

so this place isn't even a museum. it's more like a gift shop + 7 ramen restaurants. these restaurants have ramen from different places of japan, so they all taste a little different.... i never knew ramen was that serious. they're thorough.
basically walked in, made a wish, ate, and left. so much for learning about the history of ramen... i noticed japanese people don't eat their ramen (or anything, actually) spicy. weird..
