i just spent a week in korea cuz my school in japan had a week off for some holiday (nice).  usually people go to korea with some sort of itinerary, some idea of what they wanna do, but me, i just went with whatever happened

i stayed with my boy john who's studying at Yonsei University in korea... i swear, the more time i spent there, the more i regretted choosing Japan over Korea..

their dorm. 500 students live here. my dorm: 22 students.

they live in the city. i live in wack-ass Totsuka next to a shit creek.

this is the MEN's laundry room. our "dorm" has ONE laundry machine on each floor, and a dryer that takes 2 hours.

the laundry room even has a fuckin 40 inch flat screen

they even have beds... i slept right there on the floor... whatever, i'm used to it.

but it's all good. even though Yonsei's a much doper program than Meiji Gakuin (where i'm studying), i don't regret going to Japan.  I've been to Korea before, and even though everything here is expensive as shit, i love Japan.  i mean, when else am i gonna have the opportunity to spend four months in Japan?? on a fucking island???

so i didn't really go there with plans, i just went there to fuckin get it crackin.  this was close to my daily schedule:

• sometime between 12 and 4 pm : wake up, "breakfast," computer room
• 5 pm : go out to the city, go buy some cool shit. or go bowling.
• 9 pm: dinner
• 10 pm: get ready to go out
• 11 pm: shinchon, hongdae, or gangnam, depending what day of the week it is
• 3 am: if in hongdae, go to nb2 (the hip-hop club over there). if not in hongdae, keep drinking.
• 7 am: go home and knock the fuck out

i'm not used to drinking this much yo... idk how you yonsei kids do it.  i was only there for one week, but every night it was, "hey it's chahn's last (insert day of week here), we gotta go get fucked up" hahaha. i met a lot of cool people out there, and i thank everyone who took a shot with me.

i learned a lot of things this weekend:

nobody loves you like your g-money loves you. she cried when i told her how much ramen i ate in japan.

some things never change..

1.) if you have $2200 in your bank account, don't spend $2000 on a bike.  2.) DON'T let your friends drive your bike drunk.
